No offers on our house yet, but it hasn't even been a week.
We have continued to look at, examine, and scrutinize houses.
It is exhausting.
Yesterday was particularly exhausting. We were out and about for over 5 hours driving around, picking up flyers, meeting with our realtor, working out financing, etc. The bonus is that two different realtors brought buyers through our place while we were gone. Another bonus is that Jake was wonderful the entire time we were out- there were literally no temper tantrums, and he just slept while we were driving.
After being out and about and discovering parts of my town that I never knew existed, we came home and scoured the Internet. We've created a list of 8 homes that we are fairly to significantly interested in. At the top of our list (and of course at the top of the price list) is this one:

Oddly enough, I like this home better than the first one I posted a link to, however, it is more expensive.
After the scouring, scrutinizing, thinking, and stressing, it was then time to give Jake a bath, put him to bed, make dinner, and write a paper (at some point in the evening I also took some Tylenol).
I am woman, hear me roar!

Great house. I love the color of it. Of course it's more expensive. I hate when that happens! Can't wait to see what happens.
I LOVE it! Very open and beautiful! Looks like you get to keep the big back yard too!
You'd be neighbors with my in-laws! They live to the left of that house in the green stucco house. ;)
