April 24 is a date that is weighing heavily on my mind.
Nope, it's not our anniversary.
Nope, it's nobody's birthday. Well, technically it is lots of someones' birthdays, but no one that I know!
Nope, it's not the beginning of summer vacation, although that would be nice.
It's the day I finish my graduate program!
That's right, the end is near. It's farther away than I would like it to be, but still, the end is near.
It's weird. I kind of feel like my life is on "hold" until that date. I'm just sort of existing and going through the motions, but not really enjoying anything like I should because I always have homework looming over me. It has been a very stressful way of living and I'm ready to just be a mommy and a wife. I will happily delete "student" from my title.
Oh, April 24. How I long for you....
