Resting After Victory

We are home today resting. In fact, I took a 4 hour nap today. Yes, I said a 4 hour nap! I am still playing catch-up from being sick and have been running myself ragged at work trying to get everything in order. Mark never did get sick (lucky dog), but he has been feeling run down too.

Of course, our tiredness could be due to the fact that we went to the OSU vs. USC game on Thursday night. We did not make it home from Corvallis until midnight, and then we both taught classes all day on Friday. However, as the world now knows, OSU defeated USC (the former number one team in the nation). This game was electric! The crowd was loud, Erin Andrews from ESPN was there- much to Mark's delight, and the Beavs dominated on the field.



Yes, we rushed the field when the game was over. This juvenile tradition probably delayed our trip home by 30 minutes or so, but was so worth it.
Hmm...when did I begin to love college football?

I blame you Mark, and your love for the Beavers... GO BEAVS!!!
