I have spent the last several hours familiarizing myself with my new graduate course. I feel as though I am in over my head this time. Over the next 8 weeks, I have 8 papers due in addition to numerous readings, video clips, and required discussions. I am feeling a tad anxious and overwhelmed at this moment.
Hopefully, after I invest several more hours in this course tomorrow, I will have less anxiety and more of an idea as to how I can budget my time to meet my weekly deadlines.
In other news: my kitchen walls are now painted a deep red, dark coffee colored curtains have been ordered, a handy-man is coming tomorrow to give me a tiling estimate, applesauce has been canned, I'm still loving maternity leave, and Jake is as cute as he can be! Mark and I went to a Bonnie Raitt and Taj Mahal concert last night in Eugene and are going to see Crosby, Stills, and Nash on Friday night.
