It is no wonder that I am not making much progress in the nursery, but I am rapidly running out of time and will need to finish it SOON. However, I'm all for trying to win the sympathy vote. Here is an example of our what our life is like. This week we have the following scheduled after an 8+ hour work day each day:
Tuesday: Dr. appt. @ 4:30 p.m.- we get to learn more about the c-section and ask all kinds of questions of the actual doctor who will be performing the surgery. I think I have to have one of those nasty vertical cuts as opposed to a hidden horizontal one, but I'll double check.
Wednesday: Birthing class from 7-9 p.m. This week's lesson is on breastfeeding...I'm curious about this one as I have never breastfed before...go figure!
Thursday: 4:30 dinner/Golden Apple Award ceremony at the country club with my principal. I have to go since I was the Crystal Apple winner for the year at my school in November (A Crystal Apple?). This ceremony is where all the Crystal Apple winners in the county gather and one is chosen as the recipient of the coveted Golden Apple. Do I expect to win? NO. But I don't mind a nice evening out and enjoying a meal that I don't have to cook! :)
Friday: We have to have half-day subs on Friday in order to make it to my Urology appointment in Eugene. My pain has been intolerable as of late, and I'm hoping they can drain my massive kidney cyst on the spot. We'll see what they say....I am really hoping to be pain free soon. I would be more productive if I could move and/or function 100% of the time.

Wow girlie! You are VERY busy!!
You make me laugh with the "I've never breastfed before" line!
I hope that they are able to cut down on your pain level. I hate to hear you are in pain!
I hope the pain will go away, too. Good luck with the busy week.
